The drink of choice
In combination with friends and snacks, an aperitif is enjoyed in the lead-up to the evening meal – and Aperol Spritz is the most popular aperitif in Italy. Make sure you have a bottle of Aperol, a bottle of Italian prosecco and some soda water. You’ll also need big wine glasses (about 420ml), plenty of good quality ice and fresh oranges to garnish.
